Cocoa Powder

Originating in the American tropics, now wide-spread. The tree bears its flowers and subsequently pods on the main trunk. Pods contain beans, which after fermentation are dried, shelled, roasted and ground. Cocoa has an attractive taste and a high fat content. Quantity: 250g
