Purchases and Deliveries
We endeavour to deliver within the allotted days however do not guarantee supply or delivery on time. We are not liable for any mis-deliveries due to incorrect addresses being provided. We reserve the right to accept or refuse orders for any reason.

Produce Weight & Appearance
Due to the large variance of unit weights found in some types of produce, the exact weight of produce in boxes may not exactly match what was ordered. A tolerance of up to 10% should be expected in weighed produce items. Wherever possible we will endeavour to balance under supply on one item with oversupply of others, so box value remains similar. Due to the natural variations in some types of produce, we do not guarantee the colours and details of the products available on the website.
All products are subject to availability, and we cannot guarantee that items will be in stock. We reserve the right to discontinue any products at any time for any reason. Prices for all products are subject to change.

Credit Card Payments
Payments are processed through our payment service platform provider, Stripe. Any debit or credit card details stored for recurring payments are done so on the Stripe payment service platform. No credit card information is stored by us.

Cancellation Policy
Due to the small-scale nature of our growing, we are unable to guarantee acceptance of order cancellations once placed. We may charge a small admin fee as well as recovery of costs relating to products and produce that has been prepared specifically for your order.

Refunds
If you are unhappy with any of our products we will attempt to resolve this with you to your satisfaction. If the issue cannot be resolved we will happily refund the payment.

Reviews
We may provide areas on the website to leave reviews or ratings. When posting a review; you should have firsthand experience with the products being reviewed; your reviews should not contain offensive profanity, or abusive, racist, offensive, or hateful language and you should not be affiliated with competitors if posting negative reviews.
We may accept, reject or remove reviews at our sole discretion.

The Amary Farm website is an online platform provided by Growing Good that manages our online ordering and helps us administer our orders. Your customer data is stored on a disk in a secure datacentre run by a large, reputable and established hosting provider and is also encrypted. It is a condition of GDPR that we have consent from customers to contact them and store their data. You are entirely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your personal details at all times, including credit card and any personal account details. You agree to notify North Devon Organics & Amary Farm immediately of any discretion or unauthorised use of your personal details. You assume total responsibility for the use of this site.
