The Friendly Croc from The Crocodile Bakery A white Sourdough using all Organic ingredients and Devon Spring Water. This is a great loaf for those that are new to sourdough or for those seasoned Sourdough fans, it is a friend to all (hence the name). It has a lovely light sourdough flavour, a soft crumb and a crunchy crust.
