A white Sourdough using all Organic ingredients and Devon Spring Water. 
This is a great loaf for those that are new to sourdough or for those seasoned Sourdough fans, it is a friend to all (hence the name). It has a lovely light sourdough flavour, a soft crumb and a crunchy crust.

A white Ancient Grain Sourdough using all Organic ingredients and Devon Spring Water. This is a great loaf for those that want a slightly more flavour than the Friendly Croc. The Ancient Grain used, Khorasan, has a delicious sweet and sometimes described as nutty flavour, this loaf is a delicious and healthy all rounder. A delicious taste, soft crumb and crunchy crust this loaf is a popular choice with adults and kids.
